Key Leaders Interviews
We conduct extensive interviews with 6 key leaders and recommend development options.
Key Leaders Training
2 – 3 hours targeted training on proven church health strategies for your key leaders.
90 minute interactive training session for your volunteers.
Our coaching session with the board focuses on current best governance practices for church boards.
Speak in your Sunday Service on the topic of your choice.
Specific, Written Recommendations
We present specific, written recommendations that are guaranteed to improve church health.
Six one hour customised coaching sessions with John
All honorariums received during a visit can be deducted from the fee.
AUSTRALIA: John’s airfare to the nearest capital in Australia is paid by GaHC.
Paid Monthly $600 deposit plus $387/month
Paid Annually $600 deposit plus $4200

What happens during the consult?
I conduct interviews with the pastors and 6 key leaders.
I analyse 12 strategic pathways and key numerics in your church.
I train, preach and spend time observing the church in action.
What happens at the end of the consult?
I present practical recommendations that focus on improving the health of your church. I then commence the coaching.
What does a consult timetable look like?

Tuesday – Pastor interview, Leader interviews, Volunteer Training
Wednesday – recommendations presented
Are offerings or honorariums for ministry expected above and beyond the fee?
No. All offerings and honorariums received during a visit can be deducted from the annual fee.
Does GaHC cover any airfares as part of the packages?
In Australia John’s airfare to the nearest capital city is covered. Internationally, client churches share the cost of an economy airfare.
